Below are the general admission requirements for undergraduate programs:

General Admission Requirements
Completed Application Form:

Applicants must submit a completed application form, available on our admissions portal.
High School Diploma or Equivalent:

Official Transcripts:

Applicants must provide official high school transcripts. Transcripts should reflect a strong academic record and include coursework in English, mathematics, science, and social studies.
Transfer students must submit official transcripts from all previously attended colleges or universities.
Standardized Test Scores:

Our institution does not have a minimum score requirement, but competitive scores will enhance your application.
Test scores should be sent directly from the testing agency to Miami College.
Letters of Recommendation:

Two letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, or other individuals who can speak to your academic abilities, character, and potential for success in college.
Personal Statement/Essay:

A personal statement or essay (typically 500-650 words) that highlights your academic goals, career aspirations, and reasons for choosing Miami College. This is an opportunity to showcase your writing skills and personality.
Extracurricular Activities and Leadership:

A resume or list of extracurricular activities, leadership roles, community service, and work experience. We value well-rounded applicants who have demonstrated initiative and leadership outside the classroom.
Application Fee:

A non-refundable application fee must be submitted with your application. 
Additional Requirements for Specific Programs
Health Sciences:

Applicants to Health Sciences programs may need to meet additional requirements, such as specific coursework in biology and chemistry, and may be required to submit proof of relevant volunteer or work experience in a healthcare setting.

Prospective Engineering students should have a strong background in mathematics and science. Advanced coursework in calculus and physics is highly recommended.
